What is One.five?
Climate change is the greatest global challenge that we are facing throughout this 21st century and the concrete way in which the world is addressing it is under the international treaty signed by 195 countries called the Paris Agreement (2015). This treaty sets the goal of keeping the global average temperature rise to well below 2°C over pre-industrial levels, and continuing efforts to limit that temperature rise to 1.5°C. If climate change is the crisis we must stop, it is your goal that inspired our name: 1.5°C.
Uno.Cinco is a company with a social focus that seeks to facilitate and promote environmental information and education in Latin America and the Caribbean to achieve greater collective actions against climate change and sustainable development.
Form: the strong commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Colors: show how we have increased the average temperature of the planet from 1850 to 2019 in clockwise order, but without reaching 00:00, showing that there is still time to reverse the situation.
Our cause: limit the increase in the planet's temperature to 1.5oC, compared to the pre-industrial era. (Paris Agreement, 2015).

The planet's average surface temperature has risen by about 1.18°C since the late 19th century, a change driven largely by increased carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere and other human activities.

OUR PURPOSE
Train agents that promote climate action through education in Simple words so as not to exceed 1.5oC of global temperature increase.
IN SIMPLE WORDS
When we refer to simple words, we are talking about an education with a language within the reach of all people, where, as far as possible, we bring figures and problems closer to examples that are close to people.
MANIFEST
The world and the climate are changing; a global challenge, where time
run and we are approaching the point of no return.
The 1.5oC is coming faster than we think. we must educate
transversally and urgently.
We are convinced and convinced more than ever that education is
a transformative tool and the seed of everything.
Educating is our action. Doing it in simple words so that no one
gap is limiting. Educating to change; educating to form
climatic agents.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Our work is strongly committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda. These goals were agreed on September 25, 2015 by the United Nations Assembly, where world leaders adopted a set of global goals to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all.
The 3 transversal SDGs ofOne fivethey are Quality Education (4), Climate Action (13) and Partnerships to Achieve the Goals (17); however, each of our projects, activities and actions integrate more objectives, working in conjunction with the 17 SDGs of the 2030 Agenda.
